Jessica is a freelance editor currently based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her clients include The National Film Board of Canada, OutTV, VisJuelles Productions, CTV News, and The Province of British Columbia.

Jessica also has a strong technical background and has worked as an online editor for several television series that aired on networks such as the History Channel, American Heroes Channel, and Investigation Discovery.

Jessica holds a Master of Fine Arts in Documentary Media from Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and International Development from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in Communications from Concordia University. Following her graduate studies, Jessica completed a 1.5-year video editing practicum at The Banff Centre.

Evren Aydogdu started editing as an Editor's Assistant in 2009 in Turkey, worked in TV shows and movies. Edited videos and music videos. She was also an online editor in several independent movies until moving to Canada.

Ashley Lynch is an award winning post-production professional in Vancouver, BC and the owner of Gingerbreadgirl Post. Specializing in genre editing, colour grading and theatrical trailer campaigns, her work has been seen on Netflix, Telus Optik, Discovery Channel and A&E as well as scores of film festivals around the world.

Lesly graduated from film school in 2012 and has ben working in the industry since then. Although her full time job is in VFX Production; her passion remains on editing films.

She is currently editing her first documentary feature project and will be open for other collaborations starting in April 2022.

Mauri Bernstein’s early career is distinguished as a performer in television, film, and theatre, spanning from a supporting role on Doogie Hoswer, MD to eleven years as a principal performer in ComedySportz LA to dozens of puppets in Team America, World Police.
After emigrating to Canada in 2008, Mauri’s work shifted increasingly behind the camera as she expanded her technical capacities to apply her diverse storytelling prowess to editing. Principally, she edits MOW’s airing on UPtv, Lifetime Television, Lifetime Movie Network, OUTtv and Ion. She also enjoyed the delightfully novel experience of editing a narrative feature in Chinese, Fatal Visit, as well as collaborating on an award-winning feature documentary, 4 Dancers’ Dreams, currently on the festival circuit. Most recently, Mauri edited an art installation for the multi-disciplinary visual artist Althea Thauberger, Listers of Earthy, currently exhibiting at The Polygon Gallery in North Vancouver, BC.

I've been editing for about 4 years now and working in the Vancouver film industry as an Assistant Editor for 2 years. I'm a hard worker - focused, friendly and passionate about what I do. I know Avid, Premiere and After Effects. I am very drawn to documentary and telling human stories.

I've been working in scripted series and features since my move to Vancouver with some doc and music video in between. I would love to find some fulfilling documentary work to feed my soul :)

I have edited several indie shorts and a feature documentary. I also work as an assistant editor.

Lucy is a New Zealand native who has edited everything from short films and music videos, to corporate ads, documentaries, and an online series for the BBC. After working in both Wellington and London, Lucy is now in Vancouver seeking exciting and interesting projects to get stuck into.

Thus far during my school career, I have spent many hours in UBC's editing suite for several different thesis films. UBC's method of learning starts in first year, where you help upper years sound sync and organize their dailies, and often create their first assemblies and rough cuts as well. I also have worked independently as an post-production assistant to several contractors in the past, ranging from a Documentary about aging gracefully, promotional videos for the JDRF foundation, and recently being the sole-editor for a UBC Academic video lecture series on J-Horror.

I moved to Vancouver from Paris, France. Worked in both flat and 360 video editing in Paris, Québec and Amsterdam. Though trained in movie directing, I found a passion for video editing. Open to all projects and collabs, especially music videos.(PREMIERE PRO)

I edited all of my own stuff, and taught editing. I also have been mentored by an assistant editor for unusual editing issues. I have been mentored by an Editor from Norway on an upcoming production by Elle-Maija Tailfeathers and codirector Kathleen Hepburn.

Since moving to Vancouver from New Zealand in 2012, Natalie has worked as an editor on a wide range of projects - feature films, children’s television, documentary series, music videos, short films, commercials and corporate videos.

Credits include punk rom com FALL BACK DOWN; TAKE ME HOME and three seasons of SPACE SUITE (also writer) for BC’s Knowledge Network; and two seasons of SCOUT & THE GUMBOOT KIDS (also producer, postproduction supervisor) for Kids’ CBC.

Previously Natalie Glubb spent ten years as an editor in New Zealand. Credits during this time include 80+ music videos for some of New Zealand’s most prominent artists, broadcast and feature documentaries, and many short films including THE UNICORN (also director) and HERE BE MONSTERS which won Best Short Film at the New Zealand Film Awards in 2013.

I am an award-winning freelance editor based in Vancouver, BC. I work in narrative and documentary, long and short form. I choose projects that I can both contribute to and learn from, and aim to get to the heart of the story and build it with every edit decision.

I'm a film editor from Russia. I am a historian by my first university degree, later I graduated from a Moscow Institute of Radio and Television as a documentary director but I worked mostly as an editor. I started from being a logger, then an assistant editor and later went to editing on my own.
Now I am a student in a film-production program in Vancouver.

Brianne has edited numerous short films, web-series, music videos, commercials, corporate videos, and a dramatic feature film. (She’s even won a bunch of awards and stuff.)

A significant amount of the work Brianne has edited, she's also written and/or directed and/or produced which, as an editor, give her great insight into the development process through to marketing. This means that as an editor, she understands the creative, storytelling, production, and marketing considerations your project requires. Not to mention that she has a wealth of experience in the comedy sphere and her comedic timing, along with the dramatic pause that comes before it, are on point.

Caroline So Jung Lee has a BA in English Literature and will graduate with a BFA in Film, Video and Integrated Media in 2020. She is an award-winning filmmaker who recently won Best Canadian Short Film at the 2019 Vancouver International Film Festival for her work as director, cinematographer, writer and editor.

In my previous experience as a Communications Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), I planned, filmed and edited over 20 videos for internal and external audiences. I gained valuable video production experience and became proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite for photo and video editing. I'm enthusiastic about the film industry and excited to further my skills on projects that will challenge me.
